Returns Policy

Ms. Audrey's House accepts returns for eligible physical products in original condition.

Eligible Returns

Return window: 14 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, free of damage, with original tags and packaging when applicable. Order number required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items (marked final sale)
• Gift cards
• Audrey Select services, consultations, and service deposits

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a verified fulfillment error.

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be accommodated when inventory is available. If an exchange is not available, a return may be processed under the standard return window.

Audrey Select Services and Deposits

Services are not refundable once delivered or scheduled. Deposits are applied toward approved sourcing and may be non-refundable once sourcing work has started. The product page will state the current deposit rule.

How to Start a Return

Email afliggins@gmail.com with your order number, items for return, and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the return address.
